An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated 05/21/2025 with a local agency and completed on 05/22/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 05/15/2025 relating to staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of one classroom, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
