Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Documentation of a negative tuberculosis (TB) screening must be submitted at the time of employment and shall have been completed within the last 30 days of employment.
There was no documentation of a TB screening for Staff 3; Staff 1 has been employed for 15 months.Plan of Correction: Will have a TB screening completed.
