During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/3/2025. . The on-site inspection began at 12:15 pm and ended at 2:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The program is not currently operating, but intends to reopen for the summer. There were no children enrolled or present during the inspection and one staff assigned to work in the program upon opening. Additional staff will be hired closer to opening. .The inspector reviewed one staff record on-site on4/23/2025. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
