An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 6/4/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/26/2025 relating to allegations of retaliation. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s record and no staff records. This inspection included tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
