During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 5, 2025 and completed on June 9, 2025 with Child Protective Services in response to a self report received by the licensing office on June 2, 2025 relating to allegations of physical abuse. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff records on-site on June 5, 2025. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
