During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 06/04/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:15am and ended at 2:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 64 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and six staff records on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children. In Classroom #1, a cleaning product was in an unlocked cabinet, out of reach of children. Plan of Correction: The cleaning product was moved to a locked location while the inspector was on site.
