Comments:
A virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was on conducted on 10/2/20. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email correspondence. During the inspection the home was inspected. Pandemic and health and safety procedures and documentation was also reviewed. 3 children were present at the time of inspection observed participating in virtual schooling. Child, vendor and household member records were reviewed. Violations are indicated in the violation report.

Description: Based on review and conversation with vendor it was determined that a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs was not maintained.

Evidence: During inspection vendor did not have a record of daily attendance for the day of the inspection .

Plan of Correction: I will keep it daily

Description: Based on review of child records it was determined that all required information was not maintained
Evidence : During inspection child 1 was missing proof of identification
