An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 6/4/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 4/25/25 relating to allegations of program activities. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
