An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 6/6/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:49 am and ended at 12:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews

Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children. In the art room, spray paint and deodorizing sprays were in an unlocked closet, within reach of children.Plan of Correction: Staff corrected during inspection. Staff will ensure that all hazardous substances will be in a locked area.
