A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Staff who work directly with children shall annually attend the department's health and safety update course. Staff #1 annual training was overdue by more than a month and Staff #5 annual training was overdue by a month. Plan of Correction: Staff will complete training today.
