An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 06/11/2025 and completed on 06/11/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The Department issued a Special Order on 05/27/2025 to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 1:20pm and ended at 3:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 125 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed ten children?s records and ten staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
