An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on June 26, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on June 26, 2025 relating to forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed one child's record and one staff record on-site.. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
