During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/3/25 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:55 and ended at 10:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 13 staff at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 6 staff records on site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-60-A Description: A child's record shall have name, address, and phone number of two designated people to call in an emergency if a parent cannot be reached.
Two children's records are missing the second emergency contact. Child 5 and 7.Plan of Correction: I will ask for the information for the one child who is currently enrolled, the second child will start later this summer and I will make sure to get the information when the child starts.
