An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/14/25 and completed on 07/08/25 with a local agency, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 04/21/25 relating to supervision. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records on-site on 04/21/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
