An announced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 7/8/2025 and completed on 7/8/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:55AM and ended at 10:20AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included a tour of the facility and measurements.
