This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginiain response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
An annual subsidy was initiated by telephone and completed by video call on 10/6/2020.
The vendor reported there were 3 children in care at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 3 children's information and household member information. Vendor information, training, emergency preparedness drills and plans were also reviewed to ensue compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child care Programs.
