An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/30/2025 and completed on 8/4/2025, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 7/28/2025 relating to roughly handling children. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records on-site This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations
