Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-1 Description: The required ratio for children ages birth to 16 months is a 1 staff per 4 children.
Six children were observed in one classroom with 1 staff for approximately one minute.Plan of Correction: The second staff was placing a child to sleep in a crib and returned to the classroom. All staff were reminded that areas separated by short book cases are considered separate classrooms.
