An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 08/05/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 07/23/2025 relating to staff qualifications and training and programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
