During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

An unannounced inspection was initiated on July 29 2025 and completed on July 29 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on July 23 2025 relating to allegations of Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspection began at 2:30pm and was completed at 3:15pm. The inspector reviewed 1 child's records and 1 staff record. This inspection included a document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on August 13 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-550-O Complaint related: No Description: The center shall notify the parent by the end of the day of any known minor injuries.
Child #1 received a minor injury during nap time on July 22 2025. When Child#1 was picked up, the guardian was not notified in person and other guardians were not notified via phone or email. On July 23 2025, child #1 was dropped off and the guardian inquired about the incident. At that time, an accident report was given to the guardian.Plan of Correction: Families will receive injury/incident reports the same day a child is injured
