An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/01/2025 and completed on 08/01/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 am and ended at 12:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 80 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children's records 5 staff records on-site on 08/01/2025.
