An unannounced inspection was initiated on 07/30/2025 and completed on 07/30/2025 with local agencies in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/22/2025 relating to allegations of non-compliance in the areas of supervision and programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 6 staff records on-site on 07/30/2025. This inspection included:

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to staff records and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 08/21/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

There was no written documentation to verify that staff 1 meets the educational components required for a program director. Staff 1's job title was listed as program director.Plan of Correction: Our current director on site has the proper qualifications. We will ensure that all files are updated properly with necessary documents for the incoming director in training.
