During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on August 8, 2025 and completed on August 21, 2025 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 4, 2025 relating to allegations of physical abused. The inspector reviewed 1 children record and 4 staff records on site on August 8, 2025. This inspection included documentation review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
