An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 08/26/2025, as part of an Intensive Plan of Correction. The on-site inspection began at 10:25 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 52 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records.
The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
