An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/26/2025 and completed on 08/26/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:20AM and ended at 11:40AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 95 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 new staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
