An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 08/27/2025 and completed 08/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 6:40 a.m. and ended at 7:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site and 6 agent/applicant records electronically on 08/28/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff 2 updated screening was overdue by 5 days.Plan of Correction: Staff will obtain.
