An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and completed on 08/07/25 due to a complaint received in this office 7/21/25 concerning care of children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
