An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted on September 8, 2025. The purpose of the inspection was to inspect the new playground equipment installed at the center. The playground was measured; resilient surfacing was observed under and around fall zones. The equipment was determined to be appropriate for the requested age range.
A layout of the playground and photos of the equipment were submitted.
