An unannounced inspection was initiated on 9/4/2025 and completed on 9/16/2025 with the Wythe County Department of Social Services in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/29/2025 relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, observations and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
