An unannounced inspection was conducted on 9/15/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/04/2025 relating to allegations in the areas of nutrition and food services and preventing the spread of disease. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records on site. This inspection included document review, a partial tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
