An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/2/2025 and completed on 9/2/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:20PM and ended at 3:17PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7
children present and 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 9/2/2025 and 1 staff record electronically on 9/10/2025.
This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.011-F Description: The license and any other documents required shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. The findings from the most recent inspection, dated 1/13/2025, were not posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. Plan of Correction: Not available online. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-340-C Description: During the stated hours of operation, there always shall be on the premises when one or more children are present one staff member who meets the qualifications of a program leader and an immediately available staff member, volunteer or other employee who is at least 16 years of age, with direct means for communication between the two of them. The volunteer or other employee shall have received instruction in how to contact appropriate authorities if there is an emergency. Staff #1 was the only staff member present during the inspection.
