During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Discussed the water testing requirements. The center submitted a water testing plan to VDH on 12/18/2025. The program is required to submit results of potable water testing to VDH. The program did not have evidence of submitting test results to VDH.
Discussed Provisional Hiring and what is required. Discussed TB requirements, lead teacher qualifications, the child supervision record in the classrooms and staff to child ratios in the school age classrooms.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/18/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:17am and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 44 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 9/18/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on 9/25/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 22.1-289.011-F Description: The license and any other documents required shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
The findings (The Violation Notice) from the most recent inspection, dated 3/26/2025, were not posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. The center had posted the Inspection summary only.Plan of Correction: We will make sure all 9/19/2025 pages of documents are
visable. We have multiple empty frames ready if
needed.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: The center shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions documented in the allergy plan required in 8VAC20-780-60 A 8. This list shall be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.
The Center's list of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions was not current in two classes (Infant and Pre-K1 were dated 5/22/2025). Staff confirmed the list was not current and needed to be updated..Plan of Correction: List have been updated in all rooms during visit.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-290-A-3 Description: In areas used by preschool age or younger children, electrical outlets shall have protective covers.
One unused outlet near the clock was not covered with a protective cover in the Preschool 1 classroom and one unused outlet near the clock in the Pre-K1 classroom was not covered with a protective cover. Both outlets were not in reach of children.Plan of Correction: This was addressed as soon 9/18/2025 as visist ended. We added
new cover to outlet and checked all classrooms to ensure all were covered.
