An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/27/2025 and completed on 08/29/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/18/2025 relating to allegations of programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child record. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, a violation that was not reported was found related to staff and supervision and is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 09/26/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-1 Complaint related: No Description: The required ratio for children ages birth to 16 months is one staff per four children. Licensing inspector while in the infant room pm 08/27/2025 observed the center?s Child Supervision Record (CSR) and that at 2 p.m. staff documented 13 children with 2 staff supervising. Plan of Correction: Center will maintain required ratio at all times.
