During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 9/23/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed three childrens records and three staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
