During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 AM and ended at 12:50 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 49 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-60-A Description: Each center shall maintain and keep at the center a separate record for each child enrolled which shall contain the following information; Documentation of child updates and confirmation of up-to-date information in the child's record.
Child #1's record update was overdue by 5 months.Plan of Correction: The record was updated during the inspection.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-O Description: When food is prepared to which a child in care is allergic, staff shall take steps to avoid cross contamination to prevent an allergic reaction.
There was no reminder in the kitchen to be aware of cross contamination for allergens.Plan of Correction: A notice will be posted in he kitchen to remind staff to be aware of cross contaminations for food allergens.
