An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on September 22, 2025 and completed on September 23, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on September 17, 2025 relating to supervision of children and forbidden actions. The on-site inspection began at 11:40am and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 77 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed one child's record and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law,. No violations were issued.
