During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/11/2025 and completed on 7/21/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of programing. This inspection included observations and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
