During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 29, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:30pm and ended at 4:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-190-A Description: Program directors shall meet one of the following: A graduate degree in a child-related field, an endorsement or bachelor's degree in a child-related field, forty-eight semester hours or 72 quarter hours of college credit from a college or university of which 12 semester hours or 18 quarter hours are in child-related subjects and one year of programmatic experience, or two years of programmatic experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity. Staff #1 did not meet the required qualifications for program director. Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: The center will have another individual staff member that meets director qualifications oversee the program until Staff #1 meets the necessary requirements.
