An announced, monitoring, record review inspection was initiated and completed on 9/18/25 at the program?s Stafford office. The on-site inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed four staff records. This inspection included document review and interview. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
