An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on September 25, 2025 and completed on September 29, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:40 p.m. and ended at 5:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed three children's records on-site. The inspector reviewed four staff records off-site at the main office location on September 29, 2025. This inspection included review of documentation and tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
