An unannounced complaint investigation inspection was initiated 8/28/2025 and completed on 9/26/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/25/2025 relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector did not review any children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
