During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on October 1, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 12:50pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 92 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed ten children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
All cribs in the Infant classrooms had visible dried dirt and drool on the pexiglass.
In the Infant C classroom, the refrigerator handle was covered with visible dirt and grime.
In the Toddler A classroom, one of two children's bathrooms had an inoperable light and the smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom piping.
In the Preschool 2 classroom, the baseboard on the left side of the classroom had chipped wood and peeling paint.Plan of Correction: Management will put in a maintenance ticket and cleaning will be done today.
