An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 09/16/2025 with a local agency in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 09/15/2025 relating to staff supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 staff record on-site. A follow up focused inspection was initiated and completed on 09/30/2025.This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspections determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
