An unannounced inspection was initiated on 8/28/2025 and completed on 9/8/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/26/2025 relating to allegations of issues with supervision and records. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s record and 1 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
