This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Goverenor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2020 using a remote application and translation services.
The vendor reported that 4 children were in careduring the first shift of the day and 2 children were arriving into care the evening of the inspection. Child information and policies and procedures relating to obtaing complete information at enrollment were discussed to ensure compliance. Emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were also reviewed with emphasis placed on second evening shift of children in care.
Vendor training and information was also reviewed.
The Licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child for Child Care programs.
The information gathered during te inspection no areas of non - compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
