Prior to the inspection, a tour of the center was conducted by the center director.

An non-mandated, monitoring inspection (NMI) was initiated and completed on 10/09/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 10/01/2025 relating to standard 8 VAC 20-780-340.A. The inspector reviewed (1) child?s records and (3) staff records on-site on 10/09/2025. This inspection included: document review (i.e. staff files, child's record, written statements, and policies and procedures); tour of the facility; the interviews of (3) staff; and observations of (2) separate classroom recordings.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
