An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/7/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:40am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present, 8 staff, and 11 co-op parents. The
inspector reviewed 6 children?s records, 2 staff records , and 2 co-op parent records on-site on 10/7/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-500-B Description: The diapering surface is required to be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use.
The facility was not using a soap and water cleaning solution for cleaning the diapering surface after each use.Plan of Correction: We will get soap and water cleaning solutions and begin cleaning the diapering surface, in addition to sanitizing it, after each diaper change.
