An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/06/2025 and completed on 10/06/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 am and ended at 1:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children's records on-site on 10/06/2025 and 4 staff records electronically on 10/14/2025.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-L Description: The center shall inform all staff who work with children of children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.
Staff 1 stated she was not aware that child 1 had a food sensitivity.Plan of Correction: Record for child 1 was reviewed by staff during the inspection. Staff were made aware of food sensitivity for child 1.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: The center shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.
The allergy list for the facility did not list a food sensitivity for child 1.Plan of Correction: Allergy list for the facility was updated during the inspection and placed in each classroom.
