During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/24/2025 and completed on 10/01/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 AM and ended at 11:45 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 staff agents on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-F Description: A menu listing foods to be served for meals and snacks during the current one-week period shall.
The upstairs classroom did not have a menu posted of the snacks being served.Plan of Correction: The menu will be posted and will remain for one current week.
