An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/08/2025 and completed on 10/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 5 staff providing direct care. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site and electronically on 10/16/2025.
The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
